I bought a new kitchen sink and tap that were supplied by Rangemaster from a well known retailer. The tap developed a bad leak but was still covered under guarantee. It has taken some time to sort out a replacement and I was becoming more than a little frustrated. However Tracy has been absolutely superb and has expedited delivery of my replacement tap after unpicking what had gone wrong and had caused the frustrating delay.
