This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a seller. I placed an order on the 6th, and it was marked as in stock. Two weeks later, I received nothing. When I reached out, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock and it would be another two weeks for it to arrive. Why didn’t they contact me to let me know? It seems they only care about taking my money. Now, I'm left chasing a refund. A little consideration for customers would go a long way. It's unacceptable that I still haven't received a refund or the goods over a month later. They manage many spare parts online, but there’s no email address, just a contact form, and their phone line charges nearly 45p a minute. They don’t respond to any tickets either. Today, I had to report them to trading standards.
