Ordered part for my cooker before hoing away, oven fan motor, on return went to fit part. Its totally wrong. Tried to contact them. Eventually got tgrough on e mail but now they keep saying dont recognise my order number, and can read images. 6 e mails they have now gone quiet. Even sent them copy of my invoice. Still nothing. Hard to contact. Avoid. I went straight to indesit an ordered.
I've placed three orders; two were successful, but the last one was a nightmare. The part didn't ship as expected, so I checked on it two days later and discovered that the item I ordered, which was listed as in stock, actually wasn't. I submitted a ticket for clarification and was given an estimated arrival for Wednesday. When that day arrived, the part still hadn't shipped. After following up again, I was informed that, after a five-day delay, they had no idea when the part would actually arrive. Frustrated, I canceled my order and went to another seller, where I received the part I needed the next day at a lower price. Given this experience, I doubt I'll be ordering from this service again, as I ended up without my dryer for over a week.
I stumbled upon this service by chance on the 22nd of December when the inner glass door of my oven shattered while I was cleaning it. I was in a panic! I found their website, which was user-friendly, and quickly located the exact part I needed. I placed my order around 2 PM and opted for next-day delivery for just an additional £6.95. To my delight, the part arrived by midday on Christmas Eve! The relief was immense! They truly helped me avoid a catastrophe while preparing Christmas dinner. Outstanding support! I ordered a waste pipe for a washing machine that the manufacturer wouldn't sell to me. I placed the order late on Saturday evening, expecting it to arrive on Tuesday. This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a seller. I placed an order on the 6th, and it was marked as in stock. Two weeks later, I received nothing. When I reached out, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock and it would be another two weeks for it to arrive. Why didn’t they contact me to let me know? It seems they only care about taking my money. Now, I'm left chasing a refund. A little consideration for customers would go a long way. It's unacceptable that I still haven't received a refund or the goods over a month later. They manage many spare parts online, but there’s no email address, just a contact form, and their phone line charges nearly 45p a minute. They don’t respond to any tickets either. Today, I had to report them to trading standards.
I discovered some spare parts in a video showing how to test oven elements. I was pleasantly surprised to find a store selling those parts. I placed an order, completed the payment, and received everything within a few days. Installation was easy, and my partner is thrilled!
