I've placed three orders; two were successful, but the last one was a nightmare. The part didn't ship as expected, so I checked on it two days later and discovered that the item I ordered, which was listed as in stock, actually wasn't. I submitted a ticket for clarification and was given an estimated arrival for Wednesday. When that day arrived, the part still hadn't shipped. After following up again, I was informed that, after a five-day delay, they had no idea when the part would actually arrive. Frustrated, I canceled my order and went to another seller, where I received the part I needed the next day at a lower price. Given this experience, I doubt I'll be ordering from this service again, as I ended up without my dryer for over a week.
