We arranged the service a week ahead of our open house, and they arrived punctually. After further discussion, they agreed but mentioned a fee of about $300. They said the inspector was nearby and would return, including a new inspection. Unfortunately, just two days before our open house, they canceled, citing the need for certification of any changes. It's frustrating how the experience can vary based on who you reach at the call center.
