I requested a translation of documents with numerous medical terms, and the results were subpar. The service delivered on time, but there were English words mixed in, and while the grammar was acceptable, most medical terms were translated incorrectly, rendering many sentences unreadable. The notarization was also suspicious, as the stamp was only on one cover letter. Thankfully, a native speaker in the medical field reviewed the documents and pointed out the errors. Although customer support is quick to respond, they do not provide real help. I requested a full refund due to the unusable documents, but this was denied, as they expect me to correct the 13 pages myself. I feel as though I have been misled, and I apologize for any mistakes in my English; I am not a native speaker.
