I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience.
I placed my order on January 4th. According to the website, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch. However, the parcel was not delivered to the pickup point until January 26th, which was significantly later than expected.
Due to this delay, I was already abroad when the parcel arrived and therefore unable to collect it. The package has since been returned to Rapunzel of Sweden.
I have contacted customer service multiple times to clarify the situation, but unfortunately I have not received any response. The lack of communication is particularly frustrating.
I understand that delays can happen, but I would have expected transparent communication and at least a reply to my inquiries. Sadly, this has not been the case.
