I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience.

I placed my order on January 4th. According to the website, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch. However, the parcel was not delivered to the pickup point until January 26th, which was significantly later than expected.

Due to this delay, I was already abroad when the parcel arrived and therefore unable to collect it. The package has since been returned to Rapunzel of Sweden.

I have contacted customer service multiple times to clarify the situation, but unfortunately I have not received any response. The lack of communication is particularly frustrating.

I understand that delays can happen, but I would have expected transparent communication and at least a reply to my inquiries. Sadly, this has not been the case.

Amazing Hair Experience!

Amazing hair experience! I use a combination of tape-in extensions and clip-ins. The color and quality are spot on. I've tried various brands, but this one is my favorite, and the hair stays silky and soft for a long time if well maintained!

Poor Quality on 'Premium' Tape Extensions, Avoid...

Long wait for the order to arrive...! And, the tape on every single extension is damaged. It doesn't stick at all, forcing me to buy additional tape/glue. This reflects poorly on your reputation. If I don't receive compensation, I will share my negative experience widely. I've spent a lot on these products. The tape used to work fine, but the last few I purchased have old glue or something similar, as it doesn't adhere at all. Very disappointing.
