Paid for premium hosting, yet the site goes down almost every day. Yesterday, the entire system was down for six hours, and at one point, support completely stopped responding.On another occasion, they put our homepage into maintenance mode without notifying us, and it took us a whole day to even realize it.I've lost over $15,000 because of the landing pages stoped working.While support is usually decent, the overall reliability is unacceptable for something mission critical.
