I would rate this experience with zero stars if possible. I placed an order for a PS5 game intended for my 4-year-old daughter on December 3rd, expecting it to arrive by December 10th. Now, it's December 30th, and I'm still waiting for it to show up after nearly a month. The support team has been the worst I've ever dealt with. They provide no tracking information and show no accountability, only stating that it 'left the warehouse.' It feels like they've taken my money without delivering any gift or answers. I strongly advise avoiding this service if you want to receive your items. I'm now left with no choice but to pursue a bank chargeback.
