When I reached out to customer service because of a delay they replied immediately. The product arrived 2 days later (delay due to customs, so nothing to do with the seller). The product had been well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the quick response and also that goods are well protected and therefore arrive in perfect condition.

We are abroad, so getting a reliable company we can buy records from is really important to us.

We ordered a great selection, they were delivered at a very good price to the Middle East, and when one of the records didn’t arrive, Rarewaves immediately dispatched a new record for us.

Customer services were super responsive and helpful, will be using these guys every time

Received several dented / damaged 4k steelbooks recently as Rarewaves have been sending them out in thin unpadded cardboard envelopes. In the past you'd recieve them in either a slim box or padded jiffy bag and sometimes in a cardboard envelope inside a padded jiffy bag. Because of their poor customer service and packaging I won't be shopping with them any longer sadly.

This is the response I received regarding Rarewaves trying to cut corners on packaging correctly: Thank you for your email. I must admit that the level of damage sustained by your items in transit is directly linked to the type of packaging and this is completely unacceptable. It is pretty obvious that our packaging is not fit for purpose and we wholeheartedly apologise for the inconvenience caused. When you brought the issue to our attention, we immediately passed it on to our warehouse team to request a review of the packaging. I understand that this is an ongoing process and we will definitely change our approach to packaging. Unfortunately, these changes are slow to implement. However, we are hopeful that the entire packaging approach will be overhauled. Until these changes are put in place
we do not believe that sending you replacements would be the best option.
Please let us know if you would like to keep the item for a 30% refund.

ATTEMPTING TO MAKE ME ACCEPT A DISCOUNT HAS JUST MEADE ME ANGRY AND NO LONGER SHOP WITH THEM. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS. THEY KNOW THEIR PACKAGING IS SUB STANDADRD. COLLECTORS THAT PAY EXTRA FOR THE 4K STEELBOOKS DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND EXCUSES.

I have been using Rarewaves for approximately 3yrs now, this is my go to company for price, efficiency and after sales service.
On the odd occasion I have had an issue it has been sorted immediately with replacement items sent out.
I have mentioned Rarewaves to my family who are now using and more than happy with the service provided.

Damaged package and missing stand

I received my package in poor condition, and I'm very disappointed. It was missing the stand, and the box was torn with damaged plastic inside. I waited nearly a month for it to arrive, and it came through the postal service!

Extremely disappointed with the service.

I would rate this experience with zero stars if possible. I placed an order for a PS5 game intended for my 4-year-old daughter on December 3rd, expecting it to arrive by December 10th. Now, it's December 30th, and I'm still waiting for it to show up after nearly a month. The support team has been the worst I've ever dealt with. They provide no tracking information and show no accountability, only stating that it 'left the warehouse.' It feels like they've taken my money without delivering any gift or answers. I strongly advise avoiding this service if you want to receive your items. I'm now left with no choice but to pursue a bank chargeback.

I placed a sizable order of 8 items in November. The processing was swift, and it shipped well ahead of the holiday rush. The items were sent in several smaller packages, rather than one large shipment. This made it convenient for the smallest items to be delivered directly to my mailbox instead of a drop-off location. This is one of the reasons I enjoy shopping with this service. The customer support has consistently been outstanding. Responses are quick, and every representative I've dealt with has been courteous, helpful, and genuinely focused on resolving any concerns. Once again, I appreciate that this service also offers older, hard-to-find films and TV series.

I initially discovered the company through an online platform when I ordered a CD around September. They proved to be very efficient, as my order arrived ahead of the estimated delivery time.
