Extremely disappointed. I ordered a book on January 5th that was supposed to arrive by mid-February. It never showed up. When I contacted customer service, their responses were incredibly ambiguous and unhelpful.
They eventually agreed to send a replacement, but they refuse to provide any tracking information for it. It is now late March, and I am still empty-handed with no way to see where my package is. It feels like they use the cheapest, most unreliable shipping possible for international orders and then give you "wait and see" excuses when things go wrong. If you live overseas, don't risk it. You'll likely end up with no book and a lot of wasted time chasing a "replacement" that may not even exist. Save your money and buy from a seller that provides actual tracking.
