We had the nightmare experience of taking a very poorly 14 year old Terrier to the new Newark Road Branch, tonight. with a joint conclusion between us and the Vet, that crossing the rainbow bridge was the only option, both the Vet and the Receptionists were absolutely brilliant, compassionate, caring and extremely supportive.We were given a recommendation for cremation, which we will use. We can honestly say that for such a painful experience, this new Branch of Rase Vets has given us outstanding care, we both really appreciated everything done for our Pet and us as a couple.
