I ordered several items for the first time, following their size guide. One tank top was too tight, so I sent it back for an exchange. Afterward, I was informed that they wouldn't process an exchange or refund due to an alleged "strong smell." This experience was not only dishonest but also disrespectful. I do not recommend them, as their product quality is mediocre.
