I placed my order on December 9th, and now it's January 2nd with no shipment in sight. I've contacted the support team three times for an update, but the only response I received was through one of their representatives. I'm requesting a refund. I advise against ordering from this company; it feels like a scam.

I emailed the customer service address provided and have yet to receive a reply. I’m usually patient, so I’ll wait a few more days to hear back. After that, I’ll have to escalate the issue with my bank.

Based in Europe, I’ve made multiple purchases and found the clothing to be of excellent quality. Their prices are competitive, and the items are very comfortable. Each time, my orders arrived within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend them.
