It’s nearly impossible to reach them for returns or inquiries. Customer service is nonexistent. I had questions about the odd size charts and received no reply. I placed the order anyway, which included unexpected tax charges. Upon arrival, the garments were much larger than indicated on the size charts, and one shirt had a faded print, differing from the images online. I tried contacting them via email and social media for a smaller size, but they ignored my messages. I got a prompt response from another company, but they couldn't assist since they are separate. This shop feels poorly managed; I suggest avoiding it altogether.
