I ordered an item that was in stock and received shipping details. About a week later, I got an email stating the item was out of stock and offered a replacement or refund. I replied during their stated business hours, asking for a different size that was still marked as in stock. Instead, I received a generic email saying my response was outside business hours (it wasn’t) and directing me to contact them, but no contact info was provided. I emailed their sales department but got no reply. I still don’t have the item or a refund.
