Absolutely disgusted with my experience buying the Softel Millet Mill.
They sent me a used, filthy, and completely damaged machine. There was wheat flour inside it, and the entire body is broken. This is NOT a new product. When I complained, they shamelessly claimed they “test with wheat flour.” That excuse is ridiculous.
The machine is fully damaged and unusable, yet they have the audacity to offer just a replacement part instead of a full refund.
This feels like pure fraud and zero respect for customers. Buyers beware. I will not stay silent about this.
This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Customers work hard for their money — we are not here to fund careless business practices.
Avoid this brand if you value your money and peace of mind.
