Rate Insurance has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They never communicated about my auto policy renewals, which led to my account being overdrawn three times. When I reached out for help, they pushed me off to Travelers, and Travelers then transferred me to my previous agent. I requested monthly payment they took a full lumpsum. No one took responsibility, and I wasted hours trying to get answers.To make matters worse, they quoted me an outrageously high premium on my two cars, even though I’ve been a safe driver with a spotless record for over 20 years. This is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and inflated pricing show they do not value their customers. they focus on how to make commission. If you want peace of mind and fair treatment, stay far away from Rate Insurance.
