As a customer by an otherwise good company using RatePay for their billing, I feel sorry for them, because they have now lost us as their clients, because of RatePay. They are rigid and have NO interest in solving any issues with their own procedures. This is BAD for business. They do not respond, and add extra fees as it suits them, under the excuse of "payment reminder" - which is not the case.UPDATE: We ended up paying all fees, in spite of having transferred money at the right time. But RatePay could not handle "bundled transfers" - which we did because transferring money internationally is quite expensive. RatePay is designed for smaller, German customers. Not international companies. We are not using the service provider initially sending these bills to RatePay anymore, because of this. And quite frankly, our sense of justice have literally been molested here. Steer absolutely clear of RatePay if you can!
