I paid my Zara order via Ratepay and returned the items, but my account still shows an open invoice. I sent proof again and again (Zara’s official confirmation of the return), yet I only get automated replies and no real help.
I’ve been dealing with this for around four months. There’s no transparent escalation path and my requests are repeatedly rejected. This experience has been exhausting and feels very unfair. I would not recommend Ratepay unless their customer support and complaint process improve.

If I could give them a zero 0 star I would.This company takes care of Zara invoices and for SEVERAL times I’ve paid for the goods and they don’t take it off from the system as paid.They try to charge you over and over.DO NOT BUY AT ZARA OVER INVOICE AS THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING YOU. I’m after my rights already for harassment.
I tried to contact them 4 times regarding an invoice. Reached out per mail and as well as with their contact form. No phone number could be found on their site...which is kind of illegal in Germany.I would avoid to use them as payment provider. Customer support is dead. It seems like no one is working there.
Be sure that this company is not wasting your time by applying for it, because nothing about the company is correct.The jobs are based on connections, not experience, so even someone with no experience in sales could become a sales manager. There is discrimination between employees: if you know the manager, you will get promoted.A manager with programming experience leading the marketing team without any experience in marketing, and vice versa. As a customer by an otherwise good company using RatePay for their billing, I feel sorry for them, because they have now lost us as their clients, because of RatePay. They are rigid and have NO interest in solving any issues with their own procedures. This is BAD for business. They do not respond, and add extra fees as it suits them, under the excuse of "payment reminder" - which is not the case.UPDATE: We ended up paying all fees, in spite of having transferred money at the right time. But RatePay could not handle "bundled transfers" - which we did because transferring money internationally is quite expensive. RatePay is designed for smaller, German customers. Not international companies. We are not using the service provider initially sending these bills to RatePay anymore, because of this. And quite frankly, our sense of justice have literally been molested here. Steer absolutely clear of RatePay if you can!
No flexibility with payments even if you already paid and somehow the transfer didn’t work out and you are overseas on holiday they expect you to pay in time with zero flexibility to give few days more deadline. Will never use ratepay again.
