Avoid at all costs!
Placed Christmas order and despite guarantees of arrival on time for Christmas it did not arrive. No compensation almost 4 months later. Philippines based call centre not able to do anything. No ability to escalate to anyone so I have no idea how to get compensated. This is a complete SCAM. There are no systems, processes or support services in play here at all.
When you do get a person to answer - you can see that they just have a script but have no information and cannot support. One even told me the product was never going to be delivered as they were never even in Ireland.
