SO242463... Ordered logs in August 2025 for delivery in November 2025.They never arrived. After many emails and missed delivery dates, I requested a refund in January 2026.. I am still waiting. They requested bank details 4 weeks ago, they were sent.
It's not short of a scam.Rathwood should not be allowed sell logs on their website when they have many unfilled orders. My money is sitting in Rathwoods bank account for over 6 months making interest..along with hundreds of others customers. The CPCC should get involved.
