The young staff were rude and dismissive. Even after waiting patiently in line, I was told to 'move along' when I inquired about the 30% Black Friday discount, as there was no visible till screen or printed receipt provided. They just expect you to pay and leave. Previously, I was told they didn't offer soy milk because 'nobody wants it.' Additionally, there was no seating available inside and parking was a challenge. This place is overhyped and could benefit from some local competition.
