I've been ordering coffee from Rave since 2019 since I was first introduced to them by my brother in law. Since then I've placed around 40 orders, all without any kind of hitch and always great coffee so one very happy customer.I just wanted to highlight an incident today that really does show Rave in a great light. I opened my latest order to find that (for the first time this has ever happened) I've been sent the wrong coffee. I logged a contact form on their website and within 5 minutes of submitting the form an order had been created for the coffee I should have been sent and an email sent advising of same, no questions asked.I think that's extraordinary service in the current climate and should be highlighted as such. I look forward to receiving my replacement and to placing many more orders with Rave in future.
