I’m only getting around to writing this review now, but I ordered the Hyper Power a month ago and was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great in the process. The site clearly states free shipping worldwide in two different places, which I found very misleading since I was charged €10 (77kr) for shipping to Denmark. For EU shipping, that’s way too much, especially when the cost didn’t even include home delivery. Instead, the package was sent via a cheaper delivery partner, and I had to pick it up from a collection point. At that price, I would normally expect home delivery here.What frustrated me most was the lack of updates and the misinformation throughout the process. The site mentioned delivery in 3 days, but I didn’t receive any updates on the shipping status for days, and the package eventually arrived 2 weeks later. I wasn’t too bothered about the delay itself, but the fact that I had no idea what to expect was frustrating. Adding to that, the very next day after I received my order, the site started offering free EU shipping, which made me feel like I overpaid unnecessarily. The price item is also cheaper now but it is what it is.The misleading claims about free shipping and the poor communication were my main issues. On top of that, the website was buggy during checkout. Some payment methods didn’t work, and I had to try 4-5 times before I could complete the purchase. It even makes me wonder if the shipping fee I paid was also a bug. Unfortunately, customer service wasn’t much help in resolving my concerns either.As for the product itself, I’ve only used it once so far, and it seems fine. I still need to figure out how to use it properly, but I have no complaints about the product itself.
