The Hyperpower Is great for my curly hair, and the XXL diffuser changed my life! No long time anymore for drying my hair, finally no stress, no rush, in less than 20 minutes i'm ready! I love it!
It takes a bit for the Spedition time, but absolutely worth it!
Very light diffuser to use. However it does not speed up the process of drying my hair as I thought it would ,because this is also what they claim. That diffusing time is 10 -15 min, I saw videos on TikTok of hairdressers claiming this but it is NOT true. It takes me 30 minutes to have my curls 85% dry... so I am dissapointed . I just like that it is a lightweight tool, the magnetic attachment touch and that is it..

The Company promises free Return. A Return Label was Not available. The Return was at my expense. I have sent and received many messages for a correct return address. Only a number and Amsterdam as address were given. The purchase price will not be refunded.That is fraud or Scan.
Delivery took so many weeks longer than stated (5-7 days). No return label. No proper responses to my emails to cancel the order. The Dyadium itself is works poorly, doesn't make the promised curls. Eventhough I am not totally satisfied with the Dyadium, I don't dare to return it as I will be sure I won't get my money back.
I would like to share my experience with the company and the shipping process, which has been a great disappointment. It was very frustrating to find that the shipping times were misrepresented, violating the policies they themselves set. I consider this misleading advertising and it should be reported.Although I understand the company is based in the Netherlands, the products are shipped from Hong Kong, which adds another layer of complexity to the shipping process. If you commit to specific delivery days, you should adhere to those timelines or at least inform the customer of any issues. Throughout this process, I sent multiple emails and was given incorrect shipping times, while your website continued selling products and lying about delivery times, while mine was still not arriving.You lied both in emails and on your website. It wasn’t until I became very frustrated and wrote to the main office that I received a response stating the shipment would take two weeks, which still did not happen. I want the right to decide whether I want to wait or not. Do not take that right away from me. Do not lie to me.I placed an order on February 4th, and the package arrived on February 28th, meaning 18 business days, far beyond the 7 days promised.Additionally, one of the products arrived damaged. You offered to replace it or give me a 10% discount, which I find absurd since I am not going to buy the product again. I suppose I will have to wait another 28 days for the replacement.The most important thing to me is my right to decide. If the product is excellent and worth waiting 28 business days, I will wait, but it is my decision, not to be treated like a misled child.Please do not offer me future discounts, as a 10% discount is absurd when I have already made the purchase. I believe you should refund that 10% on the product I have already purchased as compensation for the inconvenience and the time wasted writing so many emails.I hope you take my experience into consideration, and most importantly, improve your communication and customer service.Update 3-3-25My order number was #1085 (Denmark). The payment reference number is with: Klarna: 303842640128. Order Reference Klarna: LBF3BVHV. Via WhatsApp they told me that they would send me a new replacement to replace the one that arrived broken. I still don't have an email or a tracking number. They said they uploaded my request. I honestly don't want future discounts because I won't buy again.
I’ve ordered a blow dryer. It’s been 21 days and I still haven’t received it.They keep telling me that it was delayed and it would be delivered between 5-7 days. That was more than a week ago and they keep telling me day.The company Peddler they use as delivery, is also very difficult to find to contact. Their track and trace is not showing me any update of my package.
Product looks decent but their promise and customer service is going for a toss. The customer service is prompt in answering with excuses but very irresponsible and not keen on shipping the product citing huge order inflow. Been ten days since order has been placed but not seeing it anywhere soon
