I reached out to the emergency service team multiple times regarding a leak from the bathroom, but they refused assistance. My family and I, who have disabilities, had to call the fire service for help. They investigated and found it could have caused a fire. This service should be ashamed of their response. I would rate them 0 stars if possible!
