Two individuals from the service came to my residence for separate electrical repairs. The first was for a light fitting and plug, and the second involved a kitchen light and fan that needed replacing. One of the technicians was friendly and helpful, while the other seemed to be a different trainee each time. Thank you for your excellent work and supportive attitude!

I reached out to the emergency service team multiple times regarding a leak from the bathroom, but they refused assistance. My family and I, who have disabilities, had to call the fire service for help. They investigated and found it could have caused a fire. This service should be ashamed of their response. I would rate them 0 stars if possible!
After 17 years, I am still waiting for a front door replacement. The current door has holes, a poorly fitting letterbox, and leaks water, causing mold on the interior walls. All workers agree a new door is necessary, yet nothing has been done. Another job left incomplete by this service.

Basic maintenance is neglected, the front door has been broken for too long, and communal areas are in disarray. Fire safety is not adhered to, and the grounds are poorly maintained. Complaints about anti-social behavior are ignored, and attempts to raise issues yield no meaningful action. The overall culture seems dismissive of tenant wellbeing, making me feel unsafe and unheard in my own home. This organization needs to urgently rethink its approach to complaints and tenant engagement.
