My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. I've faced ongoing issues that remain unresolved, and there are serious concerns regarding the behavior of contractors. Basic maintenance is neglected, the front door has been broken for too long, and communal areas are in disarray. Fire safety is not adhered to, and the grounds are poorly maintained. Complaints about anti-social behavior are ignored, and attempts to raise issues yield no meaningful action. The overall culture seems dismissive of tenant wellbeing, making me feel unsafe and unheard in my own home. This organization needs to urgently rethink its approach to complaints and tenant engagement.
