Excellent craftmanship!I was pleasantly surprised this morning, when Ian arrived to carry out some minor repairs in my bathroom. I was greeted with a smile, as well as a cheerful good morning. Shoe protectors in hand, and tool kit in the other. Ian got on with the work straight away. I could see that Ian was not only methodical, but he really took a pride in his work. Quite the professional. I believe that Ian is a credit to raven housing trust, and definitely deserves five stars !
