I purchased from Raven James Jewellery when first opened, ordering immediately the Dawn necklace and Dusk bracelet in Gold. I was delighted when they arrived however within a wk I noticed the silver undermetal was starting to show through and by the 3rd week it was extremely noticeable. I contacted them and sent them the undeniable pictures of the breakdown of the gold. They did apologise and refund in full the purchased items once they received them back. Sadly I dont believe there is any way of uploading pictures here otherwise I would have. Reading the other reviews I can see not much has change from 29/12/2021, (sasly the calender wont go back to the correct date) even when I see new items that look beautiful the reviews here speak as my does, to avoid. Things dont seems to have got much better regarding quality. What a shame as the designs are beautiful, but substance seems to still fail. Heres to hoping I read more consistent positive reviews so further purchases could be made. Thanks for those who are honest in their purchases, it means a lot for those who don't have money to throw about and wish to invest in forever pieces.
