I purchased from Raven James Jewellery when first opened, ordering immediately the Dawn necklace and Dusk bracelet in Gold. I was delighted when they arrived however within a wk I noticed the silver undermetal was starting to show through and by the 3rd week it was extremely noticeable. I contacted them and sent them the undeniable pictures of the breakdown of the gold. They did apologise and refund in full the purchased items once they received them back. Sadly I dont believe there is any way of uploading pictures here otherwise I would have. Reading the other reviews I can see not much has change from 29/12/2021, (sasly the calender wont go back to the correct date) even when I see new items that look beautiful the reviews here speak as my does, to avoid. Things dont seems to have got much better regarding quality. What a shame as the designs are beautiful, but substance seems to still fail.
Heres to hoping I read more consistent positive reviews so further purchases could be made. Thanks for those who are honest in their purchases, it means a lot for those who don't have money to throw about and wish to invest in forever pieces.
Bought the Etta bracelet, unpackaged it and two of the stones had fallen out. Contacted customer service who made it clear they didn’t want to know. Basically got advice for taking it to a jewellery shop for a repair at my own expense. Ended up doing a chargeback on my card and got the money back.
I will give credit where it’s due: the customer service was excellent and quickly accepted my refund without any issues. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.I bought the Stella River necklace after seeing influencers wearing it – it looked stunning on them – and purchased earrings to match. But when it arrived, the quality was shockingly poor. The finish looked very yellow and cheap, almost tacky, and the overall piece felt nowhere near worth the high price tag. To make matters worse, I wasn’t able to change or exchange the earrings I had bought to go with it.For the cost, this jewellery is massively overpriced and simply doesn’t live up to the hype. Great customer service can’t make up for such disappointing quality.
Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Ordered a necklace and pendant that arrived with shocking quality - the material feels cheap and nothing like what was described online. The item looks and feels completely fake.When I contacted customer service to raise these concerns, they were unhelpful and evasive. Most concerning of all, they refused to provide me with their UK registered company number when requested. This is a legal requirement for UK businesses under the Companies Act, and their refusal to provide this basic information raises serious red flags about their legitimacy.The combination of poor quality products and a customer service team that won't comply with basic UK legal requirements makes me question whether this is a genuine UK business at all.Would not recommend - save your money and shop elsewhere with a reputable retailer who stands behind their products and follows UK business regulations.Avoid at all costs.

I bought the Soleil necklace just over a year ago. Within a few weeks the 'enamel' sections had scratched and come away, and had a texture more like rubber than enamel. I assumed this was a fault so emailed them and they did replace it. I was extremely careful with the replacement, especially about getting it wet etc but within about 2 months it had done exactly the same. I've worn it very occasionally since and was finally spurred to write a review today when one of the links broke. For context, I bought the necklace on sale but it's original RRP I believe was about £150.The designs are beautiful, the quality is not.
