Beware of This Service!

Order placed for kids' Christmas items, but no delivery and no response

I ordered a children's Christmas tree and gingerbread house for £22 on 15/11. Now it's Christmas Eve, and I haven't received the parcel. I've sent multiple emails with no replies, and the website is no longer operational. I've had to file a claim with my bank in hopes of recovering my money. This feels like a scam.

Extremely dissatisfied!
