I would love to place an order but I can't get ahold of anyone. I emailed the customer service email 6/27, then again 6/30, then called twice and am currently waiting on the phone for someone to answer (for context it's 10am on a Tuesday).

Had to restart my order several times as it would empty my cart during the check out. Would not proceed to the next step for shipping and had to restart. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had to try three times to place this…

I had to try three times to place this order.Things I'd had in my shopping cart from the previous day disappeared when I tried to add one more item, then after I'd added everything AGAIN I tried to check out with PayPal, and the site never came back to the next step after visiting PayPal's popup.Eventually – I laboriously created an account, with the shipping address pre-entered, and the purchase finally went through.
