I ordered an item on November 13th, 2025, and it still shows as 'processing'. I contacted the support team and got a generic reply stating it would be dispatched soon. A week later, the status is unchanged. I emailed again and received the same generic response, with no updates on shipping. It's now December 16th, and I'm still waiting for a response regarding a refund. Very dissatisfied!
