AVOID THIS COMPANY. The online store displayed a different product than what I received. They mentioned that variations might occur, but the alternative product was not visible on their site—only the one I initially saw. This is clearly a deceptive practice. When I raised my concerns, they insisted I pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. It's absurd. They have a phone line that goes unanswered, and their text service is equally unresponsive. They took my payment, accepted the return label they provided 'out of goodwill', charged me a restocking fee anyway, and refunded a smaller amount. A SCAM. The negative reviews are accurate. I regret not investigating this company further.
