This company is incredibly unethical. I spent over $1000 in just two months and made one complaint, after which they stopped responding. I ordered six pairs of underwear, but they all varied in size, with two being significantly smaller. Their response to my email was dismissive, blaming me for washing them. I've never encountered such poor service from any retailer. Claiming to be a small business is no excuse for shipping incorrect sizes and refusing to rectify the issue. After I sent them a video showing the size discrepancies, they ignored me. My negative review on their site was deleted, while positive ones were published immediately. This is unethical behavior. I had planned to purchase more items, but I’m now looking elsewhere for better options.
