I purchased a pair of the Basta V boots but unfortunately I needed a size bigger. I contacted customer service and they sent out a new pair of boots on overnight delivery and they arrived just in time for my road trip to Spain.Seldom if ever, have I come across better service than this, they truly went that extra mile to get me my boots in time.I have no hesitation in recommending Raxid to all my biker friends.
