Nothing to do with their service, but I have been a customer of all the top pro audio websites. I went to look for items today from Raycom and saw how clearly they have copied and/or stolen the design, layout and much more of one of their biggest competitors and I find it massively unprofessional. Shows how good of a job the competition is doing I suppose. Shame on you Raycom.
