It was Lehna and Emily at the St Albans Branch that were dealing with my case and I really felt they listened to what I wanted to say and understood as they included every detail in their correspondence and we reached a satisfactory outcome.I am surprised to see some negative reviews on here regarding the payments as they advise clients in advance verbally and in writing, of what the expected costs will be and like other companies, request payment in advance, but refund any surplus, which is what they did for me and I was happy to pay for their expertise and time.I would thoroughly recommend this company, would use them again and am very satisfied and happy with the work they did for me.
