DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN. I am having a terrible experience with a delivery I placed. I ordered 2 pieces of furniture. Both were supposed to be delivered on the same day. Only 1 came. Only explanation from the driver was that there was only 1 piece in the warehouse. No one ever said item was out of stock. Tried calling numerous time and left voicemails. No return call. Finally got thru to 1 person. Delivery was scheduled AGAIN, received an email the night before with a window, and no delivery arrived. Tried calling again, numerous times, just cannot get thru on customer service number. No one answers. The furniture item in question has been paid for and is currently in limbo. Ended up in a computer chat and again delivery was scheduled but I do not trust this information. This is terrible customer service and I will never order online from them again. Now I just want to get my $ back. May end up getting the credit card company involved.
