Valentine's Day my husband and I visited the Raymour & Flanigan location in Newark, DE. I just wanted to look around; we really weren't looking to buy anything that day! Dan Ventura, consultant, greeted us and was so VERY pleasant! He did not follow us immediately but directed us and was available if we needed him. Well, it just so happened that we decided to look at recliners. He was so very helpful! Dan spoke to us with pleasantness, knowledge and answered all of our questions! He then said, "I think I have a recliner that would be perfect for you." It sure was and we made the decision to make a purchase! I believe it was due to his knowledge, helpfulness, the ease we felt working with him! I know that if we need further furniture, we will visit Dan again! Thanks Dan!!
