I ordered a floor lamp from them and I regretted that I didn’t do my research first. I thought they will ship from California but instead they shipped from China and it took a while the first time. Then they told me it got lost so they send another one. By the time I received it’s one month later. The lamp is fine. It however looks cheaper in person so i decided I want to return. I also thought it was missing one accessory which later was found. But I’ve already made up my mind because it didn’t go well with my room.The return process is super painful. I emailed their CS told them i want to return. They however kept asking me to take photos of the lamp because they’re sure they pack everything. I had to repeat myself hundreds of times that I do not wish to keep the lamp because it simply didn’t work for me. But this CS just ignored everything I said and insisted that because they packed everything therefore I should keep the lamp. They said if I want to return I have to pay the shipping which didn’t say in their return policy on the website. It clearly stated that if you’re eligible for a return (which I am because I contacted them right away so it’s still in the 30 day return window) they will bear all the cost and I will get 100% refund.At this point they are still repeating the same words of how they shipped everything and not getting my point that I just don’t want the lamp anymore. Like have you not ever been a customer? You order something online and when you see it in person you don’t like it and want to return. What’s so hard to understand?
