Completely let down by the service

⭐☆☆☆☆ Completely let down by the service. We ordered a bike based on the company's advertised delivery guarantee that it would arrive before Christmas/birthday. We made the order well within the stated timeframe and followed all their policies. Unfortunately, the bike never arrived. The most disheartening part was the lack of accountability. There was no phone number to contact, no way to speak to a real person, and no one had clear information about the order's status. Communication was slow and unclear, and blame was shifted to the transport company instead of the company taking responsibility for their delivery promise. As a customer, the guarantee was made by the company, the courier was chosen by them, and I made my purchase based on their assurance — not that of the transport service. The outcome left a child without their birthday present, which the delivery guarantee was supposed to prevent. A refund was eventually offered, but it didn't change the experience. For a prominent brand, this lack of accountability and customer support was genuinely disappointing.
