⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing service experience. We ordered a bike based on the company's advertised delivery guarantee that promised it would arrive before Christmas/birthday. We placed the order well within the stated timeframe and fully adhered to their policy. The bike never showed up. What made this situation particularly frustrating was the absence of accountability. There was no phone number to call, no way to talk to a real person, and no one seemed to have a clear understanding of the order's whereabouts. Communication was slow and unclear, and responsibility was subtly shifted to the transport company rather than the company simply acknowledging their own failure to meet the delivery guarantee. As a customer, the guarantee was made by the company, the courier was selected by them, and the purchase decision was made in good faith based on their promise — not that of the transport service. The end result is a child missing out on their birthday present, which is exactly what the delivery guarantee was intended to prevent. A refund was eventually offered, but that doesn’t change the experience. For a large, well-known brand, this lack of ownership and customer support was truly disappointing.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Completely let down by the service. We ordered a bike based on the company's advertised delivery guarantee that it would arrive before Christmas/birthday. We made the order well within the stated timeframe and followed all their policies. Unfortunately, the bike never arrived. The most disheartening part was the lack of accountability. There was no phone number to contact, no way to speak to a real person, and no one had clear information about the order's status. Communication was slow and unclear, and blame was shifted to the transport company instead of the company taking responsibility for their delivery promise. As a customer, the guarantee was made by the company, the courier was chosen by them, and I made my purchase based on their assurance — not that of the transport service. The outcome left a child without their birthday present, which the delivery guarantee was supposed to prevent. A refund was eventually offered, but it didn't change the experience. For a prominent brand, this lack of accountability and customer support was genuinely disappointing.
I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I ordered scooters for my kids and when we had an issue with one, I reached out to the company. Their responses were incredibly quick, and they sent a replacement motor for next day delivery. The kids adore their scooters, and they’re perfect for what we needed. 😊
I purchased a wireless gaming mouse with advertised 100-hour battery life. Unfortunately, the reality is that it lasts a maximum of 4 hours on a full charge! Even worse, when I contacted customer service, their replies were slow, and they asked for excessive details. I tried to explain that the battery was draining quickly, not that it was burnt out. I found out that I bought it through a marketplace seller, and at this point, the company showed little interest in helping me. Eventually, I got a response, but they seemed more focused on protecting themselves than assisting a customer. The service was appalling. I ended up doing a chargeback on my credit card and purchased a different mouse, not from that brand!
I ordered a scooter that arrived and, after assembly, moved very slowly while making a terrible noise, as if it had been previously used and poorly maintained. I contacted customer service, but they kept sending me emails saying they couldn't help and directed me to seek assistance elsewhere. For three weeks, I sent them the required information, but no one has resolved the issue. I need to return the scooter for a refund. I feel disrespected as a first-time customer, and my husband can't ride his scooter because it's emitting a burning smell. I need my money back, as it was only used for about an hour before it was parked.
I ordered an electric scooter for my son’s Christmas present, and he was overjoyed when he opened it. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, and after contacting the manufacturer, I was informed that the scooter was two years old and the battery needed replacement. My son was devastated on Christmas day, and it broke my heart to see his disappointment. I wasn't aware that these scooters had a limited lifespan. It should be the company's responsibility to communicate with retailers about their products. I will be taking this further, as this experience ruined my son's Christmas.
