Scooter not functional at all

I ordered a scooter that arrived and, after assembly, moved very slowly while making a terrible noise, as if it had been previously used and poorly maintained. I contacted customer service, but they kept sending me emails saying they couldn't help and directed me to seek assistance elsewhere. For three weeks, I sent them the required information, but no one has resolved the issue. I need to return the scooter for a refund. I feel disrespected as a first-time customer, and my husband can't ride his scooter because it's emitting a burning smell. I need my money back, as it was only used for about an hour before it was parked.
