If you directly contact Razorpay, they will not solve it , but will ask to contact the vendor to raise a ticket to Razorpay. When we contact the vendor, the vendor will say that since the payment gateway is Razorpay, to contact Razorpay directly. Basically, they pass the ball between each other. Nobody solves the issue.
