Extremely unprofessional service and one of the worst payment companies we have dealt with.
We paid ₹9,000 upfront for a POS machine, which was never delivered, yet Razorpay’s system falsely shows the order as delivered. This is either gross incompetence or a serious operational failure.
It has been more than 4 months of continuous follow-ups. Their support team does absolutely nothing except raise tickets and close them without resolution. No ownership, no callbacks, no timelines — just scripted replies and silence.
This experience clearly shows how unreliable Razorpay is. If they cannot track or deliver a paid device, one can only imagine the risk involved when there is actual fraud, settlement disputes, or large amounts of money involved. Businesses are completely left on their own.
We operate a large performing arts company with high transaction volumes, and based on our experience, we strongly warn businesses to stay away from Razorpay. There are far more reliable payment providers in the market who value accountability and customer support.
This company should seriously re-evaluate its support and fulfillment systems before onboarding more businesses.

Don't know how to start after seeing all these reviews. Seems people coming here to rate Razorpay on how bad they are.We are a Pvt. Ltd. Company recently registered for Wholesale, Retail, Import, Export & ecommerce services with Govt. Of India and accordingly registered for international payment gateway services. Even after having all required approvals, certificates and documents in place, they rejected International Payments and provided no reason nor did they Gave any window to update any other requirements. We were annoyed by their unprofessional behaviour and requested to close the account.One of the department understood the mistake and immediately activated international payments and sent confirmation mail.After few minutes, another department called us and informed that our account is suspended as per our request. Seriously?So understood, there are no serious policies in place. Everything is working on "God Knows" mode. Thank God, we closed our account and now we realize what is coming had we continued with their account after seeing all these reviews.People who are serious about their business should think 10000 times before considering Razorpay services.
If there was a rating below one star, I'd give it. Razorpay is hands-down the worst payment gateway I've ever used—nothing works after registration.No payment process via the WordPress plugin.No payments in Indian Rupees.No payments in other currencies.No payments via quick payment links—absolutely nothing functions.You can't even update basic personal info, like your business picture, contact number, or WhatsApp details.Customer service? Non-existent—they ignore every request. Razorpay isn't just the worst payment gateway; it's the worst online service period. I deleted my account after this total disregard.
