I made a UPI payment of ₹2,004.82 on 24th May 2025 through Razorpay while trying to renew my Hostinger hosting plan. I scanned the QR code and completed the payment using my ICICI UPI ID .Razorpay showed a Payment Failed status, but the money was still deducted from my bank account. It has been several days now, and I have neither received my service nor my refund.What's worse is Razorpay's terrible customer support. Their official support page constantly throws an error: “Please check your internet and try again,” despite having a stable connection. Their support email is non-functional and automatically replies that it's unmonitored. There is no helpline or human support.I’ve attached the payment failure screenshot and Razorpay Payment ID (pay_QYi73fXgvAvDQM), but there has been no response or resolution.This has been a frustrating experience. I urge others to be extremely cautious while using Razorpay for payments. If something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.
